Our work

Three agents, built and shipped.

These went into production for one client: a support agent, a product-management agent and a prospect-research agent. Their name stays off this page until they say otherwise - so what follows is a description of the build itself, not a case study.

01 / Customer support

Product Support Agent

Handles inbound product questions - reads the question, answers from the client's own product documentation, and escalates anything it cannot source to a person.

How a run goes

  1. 01A question arrives from a support channel
  2. 02The agent retrieves the relevant sections of the product documentation
  3. 03It drafts an answer that cites what it drew on
  4. 04If nothing in the docs supports an answer, it escalates instead of improvising

Where it stops

It will not invent a policy. Anything involving pricing exceptions, refunds or a commitment on the company's behalf goes to a person by design.

02 / Product management

Product Management Agent

Turns scattered product feedback into something a person can prioritise - collecting input from across the client's channels, grouping duplicates, and keeping a single current view of what has been asked for.

How a run goes

  1. 01Collects feedback and requests from the places they actually land
  2. 02Groups near-duplicates so one request counted five times reads as one request
  3. 03Tags each item by the area of the product it touches
  4. 04Maintains a single running list, so nobody rebuilds it from scratch each cycle

Where it stops

It organises and summarises; it does not decide the roadmap. Sequencing stays a human judgement call.

03 / Sales research

Prospect Research Agent

Builds the briefing before a first sales call - what the target company does, what its stack looks like from the outside, and where the likely operational bottlenecks are.

How a run goes

  1. 01Takes a company name or domain as the input
  2. 02Gathers what is publicly available about the business and how it operates
  3. 03Notes visible tooling and integration signals
  4. 04Produces a short briefing with the questions worth asking on the call

Where it stops

Everything it finds is public-source and can be out of date or simply wrong. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a verified record.

Next step

Want one of these pointed at your business?

The first call is about finding which of your processes look like these - and which do not.
